Hot Weather Shipping Notice To Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

Due to the nature of our tallow products, during hot weather, we want to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:

1. **Shipping Schedule**: We ship our products early in the week to minimize transit time and avoid weekend delays.

2. **Insulated Packaging**: Your order will be packed with insulated materials and cold packs to help maintain a stable temperature during transit.

3. **Upon Arrival**: Keep an eye on your tracking.  Bring the package into a cool area ASAP.  Let it sit for a few hours.  If your tallow product feels soft or has partially melted, simply place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to restore its original consistency. The quality and benefits of the product remain unaffected by this temporary change.

4. **Storage Recommendations**: To maintain the best texture and quality, store your tallow products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.  It is not recommended to leave your Tallow Products in a hot car, for example.
