General Shipping Information
Where do we ship?
- We currently ship to the continental United States.
When will my order be shipped?
- We aim to process and ship orders as swiftly as possible. Most orders are handled and dispatched within 48 business hours after being placed. Orders placed in the evening will be processed the next business day.
- Please be aware that weekends and holidays are not included in our processing and shipping times.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Our dedicated packing team, which consists of just one person, carefully prepares each order at our warehouse in New York.
- Delivery times range from 3 to 9 days, depending on your location. If you’re on the East Coast, you could receive your order in as little as 3-4 business days.
What is the cost of shipping?
- Shipping is a flat rate of $11 per order.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Most tracking information updates within 48 business hours after you receive your shipping confirmation. If you encounter issues with tracking, please contact Angela@MontesFarmhouseTallow.com, and we will assist you.
Order Changes and Edits
- After an order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate any requests, but we cannot guarantee changes, cancellations, or refunds.
- If you encounter any shipping issues, please contact us. If an order is returned to us by the carrier, we will resend it free of charge.
What if I need to change my address after placing my order?
- Please double-check your order and address before finalizing your purchase. If you need to correct your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee address changes, we will do our best if the order has not yet shipped.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will resend your package free of charge.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
- We try to accommodate requests when possible, but due to our quick shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
- We are unable to add items to an order once it has been submitted.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee cancellations.
- Please do not place a second order assuming the first will be canceled or refunded unless you have received confirmation of cancellation/refund.
